Protection against corrosion is ensured by strictly controlled shot blasting and finishing with 130 microns of two-pack paint marine specification paint.  Common wearing parts of the Muckmaster muckspreaders are galvanized for extra protection.

The Fraser Muckmaster has long been the choice of the British dairy farmer. The perfect receptacle for wet, sloppy muck and slurry from the milking parlour, Muckmaster is highly efficient in spreading the same onto the fields. Available in single and dual axle designs with 5.5 to 16 cu yds capacities, these rugged spreaders are now built by K Two Sales.

Built to operate in some of the industry’s most demanding conditions, design features include hydraulically operated  lids with wide access to ensure maximum loaded capacity; Gearboxes developed over a quarter of a century for unbeatable reliability and easy access via removable casing and a large section RHS tube drawbar for superior strength ( extendable on model up to 1000). A ribbed steel plate body is standard for added strength.

Sealed flange bearings are externally mounted within a special channel, protected against corrosive liquids and easily accessed for maintenance during their extended service life.
