Extra Protection

Protection against corrosion is ensured by strictly controlled shot blasting and finishing with 130 microns of two-pack paint marine specification paint.  Common wearing parts of the Trio muckspreaders are galvanized for extra protection.

Trio Muckspreader

The K Two Trio is a  single axle, rear discharge muckspreader using three dynamically balanced horizontal beaters (shaft and gearbox driven) to shred and spread manures.  They are the perfect choice for the spreading of agricultural and industrial manures efficiently with high throughput and accuracy. 

Trio features a low centre of gravity with a sprung drawbar and high tensile ring hitch. The heavy duty chassis is made from 200 x 100 x 5mm RHS chassis to cope with the most demanding applications. Effective spread is achieved by twin1.05m timed spinners which spread the material evenly over a width of 24m.

A wide angle 1000rpm PTO driveline provides individual clutch protection to beaters and spinners. The variable high speed floor control features double slats and individual chain tension. All beater teeth, spinner paddles and floor slats are bolt on and easily replaced.
The hydraulic rear door beater hood has adjustable and sprung overload protected baffle.
